Terms of Service

The short version

You pay us £9. We roast your website. You get a report. No refunds once the report is generated — the AI has already done the work. Don't submit URLs you don't have permission to analyse. Don't be a robot.

The service

RoastMyWebsite is an AI-powered website critique service. You submit a publicly accessible URL, we analyse it using artificial intelligence, and we deliver a scored report with actionable feedback.

Reports are generated by AI. While we strive for useful, accurate feedback, the analysis reflects an AI's interpretation and should not be taken as professional consultancy, legal advice, or an exhaustive technical audit.

Payment

• →Each roast costs £9 (GBP), charged as a one-time payment via Stripe.
• →There is no subscription. You pay per report.
• →Refunds are available if we fail to deliver a report (e.g. the analysis fails and cannot be retried). Once a report is successfully generated, no refunds are offered.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• →Submit URLs to websites you do not own or have permission to analyse.
• →Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to submit URLs in bulk.
• →Submit URLs to sites containing illegal content.
• →Attempt to exploit, reverse-engineer, or abuse the service.

Intellectual property

The report we generate is yours to keep, share, print, frame, or cry over. You own your report.

The RoastMyWebsite brand, interface, prompts, and underlying technology remain our property.

Liability

RoastMyWebsite is provided "as is". We make no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of the feedback for any particular purpose.

Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the specific report in question (£9). We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from use of the service.

We are not responsible for bruised egos, existential website crises, or the sudden urge to rebuild your entire site at 2am.

Availability

We aim to keep the service available but cannot guarantee 100% uptime. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time. If we shut down, any paid-for but undelivered reports will be refunded.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance. We'll update the "last updated" date at the top of this page.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
